Red Velvet Cake- After so many requests of this unique flavor, it was decided to offer it as one of the specialty flavors. A southern tradition cake with a luscious dark red appearance. This cake is further enhanced with the white vanilla cream filling. A very trendy, increasingly popular, and beautiful looking cake.

Strawberry Lemon Cake - Swirls of strawberry syrup in a lemon cake filled with strawberry cream. An excellent choice for spring and summer weddings.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - The natural taste of poppy seeds in a lemon cake makes this an old-fashion favorite. This cake is complimented with the subtle taste of the vanilla cream.

Traditional Carrot Cake - A moist carrot cake made with walnuts, dark raisins, ground cinnamon filled with a richly flavored cream cheese filling. Raisins and/or walnuts can be omitted.
